वाहन को स्क्रैप करने की प्रक्रिया
1. स्क्रैपिंग यार्ड में वाहनों के पंजीकृत मालिक से कॉल आने के बाद। पंजीकृत मालिक को सभी अलग-अलग कोणों से वाहन की तस्वीरें और वाहन की आरसी की एक तस्वीर भेजने के लिए कहा जाता है।
2. व्हाट्स एप पर तस्वीरें आने के बाद वाहन का मूल्यांकन कंपनी के क्रय विभाग द्वारा किया जाता है, इसकी सूचना वाहन मालिक को दी जाती है।
3. एक बार जब वाहन मालिक मूल्यांकित मूल्य से सहमत हो जाता है और कंपनी द्वारा प्रस्तावित मूल्य पर वाहन को स्क्रैप करने के लिए अपनी सहमति देता है। उसे निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज देने के लिए कहा जाता है।
i. पंजीकृत स्वामी का पैन कार्ड
ii. पंजीकृत मालिक का आधार कार्ड
iii. पंजीकृत मालिक के बैंक खाते की रद्द चेक कॉपी
4. उपरोक्त दस्तावेज प्राप्त होने के बाद, क्रेन या मालवाहक वाहन को उठाने के लिए भेजा जाता है। प्रस्तावित मूल्य पंजीकृत मालिक के बैंक खाते में दिया जाता है और यह केवल एन ई एफ टी द्वारा ट्रांसफर किया जाता है। वाहन मालिक से अपेक्षित है कि एन ई एफ टी द्वारा सफलता पूर्वक किये गए धन हस्तांतरण का स्क्रीन शॉट शेयर कर देने के पश्चात् वाहन को जाने दिया जायेगा। हालाँकि एन ई एफ टी द्वारा धन को वाहन मालिक के खाते में दिखने में एक घंटा या अधिक समय लग सकता है उतनी देर तक क्रेन या मालवाहक वाहन प्रतीक्षा नहीं करेगा।
5. पंजीकृत स्वामी के स्थान से वाहन उठाते समय जमा प्रमाणपत्र दिया जाता है।
6. एंड-ऑफ-लाइफ वाहन को कंपनी की स्क्रैपिंग सुविधा में ले जाया जाता है।
7. ईएलवी को स्क्रैपिंग यार्ड में स्क्रैप किया जाता है, और चेसिस कट आउट ईएलवी से बाहर निकाला जाता है।
8. गाड़ी नष्ट करने का प्रमाण पत्र पंजीकृत मालिक को कूरियर द्वारा दिया जाता है। चेसिस कट आउट सरकार की गाइडलाइंस के मुताबिक स्क्रैपर द्वारा सुरक्षित रख लिया जाता है।
9. पंजीकृत मालिक को भविष्य के संदर्भ और रिकॉर्ड के लिए जमा का प्रमाण पत्र और विनाश का प्रमाण पत्र रखना चाहिए।
10. माह के दौरान रद्द किये गये वाहनों की समेकित सूची वाहनों के डीरजिस्ट्रेशन की आगामी कार्यवाही हेतु परिवहन विभाग को भेजी जाती है, समय आने पर विभाग द्वारा वाहनों का पंजीकरण रद्द करने की कार्यवाही की जाती है।
लेकिन किसी भी मामले में जमा का प्रमाण पत्र और विनाश का प्रमाण पत्र पंजीकृत मालिकों के लिए भविष्य के संदर्भ और रिकॉर्ड के लिए उनके पास रखने के लिए पर्याप्त है।
Process of Scrapping the vehicle
1. After the call is received from the registered owner of the vehicles at the scrapping yard. The registered owner is asked to send the pictures of the vehicle from all different angles and a picture of the RC of the vehicle.
2. After the pictures are received on WHAT'S APP, the evaluation of the vehicle is done by the purchase department of the company, it is communicated to the vehicle owner.
3. Once the vehicle owner agreed with the evaluated price and gives his consent to scrap the vehicle on the price offered by the company. He is asked to give following document.
i. The pan card of the registered owner
ii. The Aadhar card of the registered owner
iii. Cancelled cheque copy of the bank account of the registered owner
4. After the above documents are received, the crane or cargo vehicle is sent for lifting the End-of-Life Vehicle. The offered price is paid only to the registered Owner's bank account and is transferred through the NEFT only. The vehicle Owner is expected to let the vehicle go after having received a screenshot of the money transfer successfully done by NEFT. However, it may take an hour or more for the funds to be reflected in the account of the vehicle owner by NEFT, the crane or cargo vehicle will not wait for that long.
5. A certificate of Deposit is given while lifting the vehicle from registered owner's place.
6. The end-of-Life vehicle is taken to the scrapping facility of the company.
7. The ELV is scrapped at the scrapping yard, and chassis cut out is taken out from the ELV.
8. The certificate of destruction is given to the registered owner by courier. The chassis cut out kept by authorised scrapper as per guidlines of government.
9. The registered owner is supposed to keep the certificate of deposit and certificate of destruction for future reference and records.
10. The consolidated list of vehicles scrapped during the month is sent to the transport department, for further action of deregistration of vehicles, in due course of time the action is taken by the department to deregister the vehicles.
But in any case the certificate of deposit and certificate of destruction is good enough for the registered owners to keep with them, for future reference and records.
